Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return of any item purchased from SBRacing.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. Returns of items not in their initial condition will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is damaged during shipping please contact our support team as soon as possible, we will make things right.

How to Return: Initiate a return by reaching out to our customer service team at Support@SBRacing.Shop. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll update you via email about the status of your refund.
Refunds:

Processing: If your return is approved, we'll process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (banks typically will hold the funds for 2-5 business days).

Delayed Refunds: Haven't seen your refund yet? Firstly, revisit your bank statement. If there's still no sign, reach out to your credit card company or bank; sometimes, there's a processing delay. If you've taken these steps and the refund hasn't appeared, contact us at Support@SBRacing.Shop.
